Introduction During the 21st century, Tycsa PSC aims to maintain its position as leading world specialist in high-yield steel strands and cables. Our range of products differentiates various groups of strands and wires. Among the different strand diameters, our production range includes those with smooth surfaces, textured surfaces and galvanised strands. Tycsa PSC stands out as a manufacturer of very high-resistance, galvanised strands, with a resistance of over 1800 N/mm2. We produce two, three and seven-strand wires and the latter can be protected with different anti-corrosion screens. Wires can have up to three screens, in the case of galvanised wires, with wax or grease and a high-density polyethylene sheath, which can be one of a variety of colours. This website contains our steel strands and wires for the construction sector: steel for prestressed and post-stressed reinforcing, guys for guyed bridges and integral cable systems for suspended structures. By way of a brief summary, we shall present the manufacturing process, installations, quality assurance systems, product types, their presentation and uses and finally, a list of the projects we have done.
